Potato Flakes

Potato flakes are dehydrated potatoes. They are typically used to good source of complex carbohydrates, potassium, Vitamin C and Vitamin B6.

Dehydrated potato products may be eaten alone as mashed potatoes, or used to extend local flours  for other foods, to extend the shelf life of baked goods, to thicken sauces, gravies, breading, soups, porridges, and  other foods and beverages. Rehydration to a mashed consistency, potable fluid  or to make mashed potatoes. In things like gluten -free biscuits and gluten- free rolls.
